New Yorkers who require cannabis for medical purposes will be soon able to get marijuana delivered right to their door.
Vireo Health of New York, a company licensed to cultivate medical cannabis in New York, last week announced that the state authorities had given it permission to deliver products containing marijuana to New York’s medical cannabis patients.
Vireo will provide home delivery to patients living in NYC, Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, as hundreds of seriously ill MMJ patients often face some difficulties with leaving their homes.

The complicating or associated conditions are:
NYC patients are allowed to consume medical cannabis via vaporizers, capsules, and tinctures. All other forms of marijuana consumption remain illegal.
Although New York’s policy on cannabis is far from ideal, it demonstrates a significant progress, improving people’s quality of life and making MMJ more available to those who need it.
